Supplement Protocol

Supplement Protocol

Supplements can be confusing to say the least. One magazine says you should take one thing, then the paper says it's bad for you, your friend recommends something else but then the news reports it's linked to some horrible side effect and your doctor poo-poos them all...how do you know what is right for you?  And, if you are on a limited budget - aren't we all these days - how do you decide which products will give you the best results for your dollars?  Using the Health Analyzer, BTA and kineseology I can help you narrow your needs down but here are my basic recommendations for everyone.

Start with:

Food Enzymes  So few of the foods we eat these days are fresh enough to contain the enzymes we need to properly digest and assimilate them.  It doesn't matter how healthy you are eating, if you are not assimilating the nutrients from your foods, you are not receiving their full benefit.  If you supplement nothing else, supplement your enzymes.

Then Choose:

Green Zone  For people who struggle to eat enough nutrient rich foods, Green Zone offers protein rich grains and nutrient rich greens to help promote proper function and alkalize the body.  With some omega 3 and 6 fatty acids and pre-biotic fiber blend, Green Zone offers some of everything.

or

Super Trio  Conveniently packaged together Super Supplemental, Super Omega and Super ORAC supply your body with a day's need for vitamins, minerals, and essential fatty acids and provides a concentrated anti-oxidant to counteract the day's free radical damage.

I also highly suggest:

Everybody's Fiber or Nature's Three  Proper elimination is essential for good health and weight control.  If you are 'going' less than 2-4 times a day you should consider a fiber supplement.  On the other hand, if your stool is very loose and frequent, as in irritable bowel situation, you should also take a fiber supplement to soothe the system.

Probiotic Eleven  With our exposure to anti-biotics, birth control pills, steroids, perfumes, insecticides and other chemicals, many of us have a reduced number of healthy bacteria in our intestines.  To learn more about this problem read my 'Candida' page under "Topics of Interest".  Reintroducing healthy bacteria is one step in creating a healthy 'gut'.

Beyond these basic recommendations, most people need some support of their glandular system, gallbladder, heart, respiratory, urinary, and/or nervous system.  Make an appointment for a Nutritional Counsultation define your individual needs.
