Our bodies crave fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and healthy hormone and antibiotic free meats and yet we feed it fast food, prepackaged meals and processed junk. The lack of proper nutrition has left us deficient in many of the vitamins and minerals our bodies need function correctly.
